Project Boxy - Zombox!

Project Boxy has been busy all September working on a secret project, which will be unveiled in October, but we didn't forget to make something to wrap up our monster series.

Zombox is Project Boxy's take on an all time favorite - the iconic George Romero/House of the Dead/Resident Evil zombie! We actually made three different permutations, but were only able to photograph two because the third wandered away. :(

Project Boxy - Boxghoul 'Jiang Shi'

This fun little project was made to commemorate the Chinese Hungry Ghost Festival, and was inspired by the cheesy Chinese Hopping Vampire flicks of the 80s.

These vampires, dressed in Manchurian court attire, with a paper talisman scotchtaped to their foreheads, had a tendency to hop about, causing mayhem everywhere. Boxghoul does too!

Project Boxy - Boxeater Plant

Boxeater Plant is an organic, biodegradable paper devouring plant from outer space. It likes cabbage, lots of cabbage.

The completed design will be made available online and distributed digitally as part of the Festival's marketing efforts.

Project Boxy Paper Prototype 02 - Boxferatu

Boxferatu wants to suck your blood! :o This Boxy papercraft toy plays on iconic vampire tropes, and features the black cape with red frills, pointy fangs, and bat motif.
